    I am quite pleased with this healthy product. First I made Chili. Then Meatballs. I'll grill some patties soon. There is a very subtle hint of organ meat, otherwise it seems to stay in the background while enhancing the sweet, grass fed beef. Very delicious. I think it will make a great cheeseburger with the right cheese. This would be good with Nachos too I think, maybe. I want to know what the fat/protein ratio is but don't see it anywhere. I would recommend this and purchase it again. It was $200 for 10 lbs. I wouldn't be able to justify more than that. But it is worth that compared to other grass-fed beef.
