The Daily Foundation Stack
Daily Foundation is the everyday base layer for modern nutrition: broad micronutrient coverage, meaningful magnesium support, EPA/DHA from marine fats, and the K2/D3 foundation many people miss through limited sun and food quality. It's the nutritional baseline everything else builds on.

Daily baseline support, four layers.
Four products, four foundational layers modern diets often miss.

Magnesium Complex

Omega Clarity

Vitamin K2/D3 (Plus Calcium)
Four daily gaps most diets don't fully cover
Modern diets can look adequate on paper while still leaving the same foundational gaps open: magnesium, vitamin D, EPA/DHA, and broad micronutrient coverage. Daily Foundation is built around those four layers. It gives you the wide vitamin-and-mineral baseline first, then adds targeted support for the nutrients many people do not get consistently from food, sun exposure, or marine intake alone.
Complete Multivitamin provides the wide micronutrient baseline underneath the stack – vitamins A, C, E, the B-vitamin spectrum, and trace minerals such as selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, and others. Its role is not to megadose one nutrient. It is to help cover the small daily shortfalls that can otherwise limit broader metabolic processes. The other three products add targeted support for the nutrients broad multivitamins typically cannot carry at meaningful levels: magnesium, EPA/DHA, and vitamin D. The multivitamin is the coverage layer; the rest of the stack builds on top of it.
Magnesium is one of the most common mineral shortfalls in modern diets, and it sits behind a long list of everyday functions: energy metabolism, muscle relaxation, nerve function, and the calming systems involved in sleep and stress regulation. Food processing, lower mineral density, and modern eating patterns all make consistent magnesium intake harder than it should be. Magnesium Complex provides multiple complementary forms per the supplement facts label, with different forms suited to different absorption and tissue-support roles. Two capsules daily; splitting the dose across the day can support better tolerance and absorption.
The EPA/DHA gap comes from a simple diet reality: most people do not eat cold-water fatty fish often enough to maintain consistent long-chain omega-3 intake. Plant omega-3s from foods like flax, walnuts, and chia are useful, but they convert to EPA and DHA inefficiently in most people. Omega Clarity is 5.1:1 DHA-dominant per the supplement facts label, with 460 mg DHA and 90 mg EPA per serving. DHA leads in two ways: it helps build brain, retinal, and cardiovascular membranes, and it helps the body make DHA-derived resolvins and protectins involved in resolving inflammatory activity. EPA remains a smaller supporting contribution at this dose. Lutemax 2020 lutein and zeaxanthin add the eye-health carotenoid layer.
Vitamin D is difficult to keep steady through lifestyle alone. Skin synthesis varies with latitude, season, skin tone, sunscreen use, and indoor time, while food sources are limited. K2 is the often-missed partner: it is concentrated in foods like natto and aged cheeses, which are not daily staples for most people. Vitamin K2/D3 provides D3 at 5,000 IU per capsule, or 10,000 IU per day at the 2-capsule recommended use, for customers intentionally supporting vitamin D status. K2 helps guide calcium toward bone matrix rather than soft tissue, making it the natural partner to a higher-D3 foundation.
Built for sustained daily use as the base layer other stacks build on. The multivitamin provides broad micronutrient coverage; the three gap-focused products add meaningful magnesium support, EPA/DHA from marine fats, and the K2/D3 foundation. The goal is not a quick jolt – it is a steadier nutritional baseline that becomes more valuable with consistency.
Why these pairings
Six combinations. Each pair shows how two layers of the foundation work together. Pick a pair on the right.
Is this stack right for you?
Who Daily Foundation fits, and who should check first.
This stack may be right for you if…
- You eat a typical modern diet and want to cover the foundational layers it may not deliver consistently – magnesium, EPA/DHA, vitamin D, and broad micronutrient coverage.
- You're not sure where to start with supplements. Daily Foundation is the baseline; more targeted stacks for mood, focus, sleep, performance, or metabolic support can build on top of it.
- You want broad daily support without chasing a specific symptom or trend. This stack is designed around the nutritional layers that matter quietly in the background.
- You're 40+ and want a stronger daily nutrition base. Magnesium, vitamin D, EPA/DHA, and broad micronutrient coverage all become more important as the body's margin for nutritional inconsistency gets smaller.
Skip this stack if…
- You already take B-Complex Plus or another folate-containing supplement. Complete Multivitamin's folic acid, when combined with B-Complex Plus and certain pre-workout products, can exceed the 1,000 mcg/day adult upper limit – see Before You Start.
- You take blood thinners. This stack includes vitamin K2 and omega-3 EPA – check with your provider before use.
- You're on a high-dose vitamin D protocol prescribed by a physician. This stack provides 10,000 IU/day of D3, so account for your total daily vitamin D intake with your provider.
Things people ask
Why do I need both a multivitamin and the three gap-focused products?
Multivitamins are built for broad coverage. They help cover the standard vitamin-and-mineral spectrum, but they usually cannot carry full daily foundation doses of magnesium, EPA/DHA, or vitamin D without becoming too large, too expensive, or impractical to take.
The three gap-focused products add what the multivitamin is not designed to carry by itself. Magnesium Complex adds the mineral layer, Omega Clarity adds the marine-fat layer, and K2/D3 adds the targeted vitamin D foundation with its K2 partner. Together, the four products create both breadth and depth.
How long until I notice anything?
Foundational stacks are usually not dramatic on day one. They are designed to build a steadier nutritional baseline, not create a stimulant-style effect. The first benefits people notice, when they notice them, are often subtle: steadier energy, better sleep quality, fewer low-grade rough edges, or simply feeling more consistently covered.
Vitamin D status typically changes over weeks to months. Magnesium support may register within weeks for people who were running low. DHA incorporation into cell membranes is a longer game. Give Daily Foundation at least three months of consistent use before judging the full effect.
Can I take everything at the same time, or should I split it?
Omega Clarity and K2/D3 are fat-soluble, so take them with a meal that contains some dietary fat. The multivitamin is generally best taken with food. Magnesium is often better tolerated when split across two doses rather than taken all at once.
A simple pattern: multivitamin plus Omega Clarity with breakfast; one magnesium capsule earlier in the day; the second magnesium capsule with dinner or before bed; K2/D3 with whichever meal has the most fat. Consistency matters more than perfect timing.
Can I take Daily Foundation alongside other IQ stacks?
Yes – Daily Foundation is designed as the baseline other stacks can build on. Just avoid double-dosing shared products. If another stack also includes K2/D3 or Omega Clarity, count the Daily Foundation product as that stack's dose rather than adding another full serving.
Two cross-stack items to watch: folate and zinc. If a targeted stack contains B-Complex Plus, you may be getting folic acid from both the multivitamin and the B-Complex – see Before You Start. If you also run a Men's Vitality stack, the multivitamin's zinc plus the testosterone-support product's zinc can push cumulative zinc close to the 40 mg adult upper limit, so consider separating those stacks or reviewing total intake with your provider.
Round it out with…
Common additions for customers building a fuller daily regimen.
Adds the gut-microbiome layer that helps round out a foundational regimen. Since nutrient absorption depends in part on gut function, Probiotic 60B with prebiotic is a natural add-on for customers who want micronutrient support and microbial-health support in the same daily routine.
CoQ10 adds mitochondrial energy support, especially for customers 40+ or anyone paying attention to cardiovascular and cellular-energy health. It pairs cleanly with the omega-3 layer in the core stack and gives the foundation a more complete long-term vitality angle.
Astaxanthin adds a fat-soluble antioxidant layer beyond the core foundation – relevant for skin health, eye health, and the oxidative-stress side of aging well. It pairs naturally with the omega-3 layer and rounds out the daily regimen for customers who want antioxidant coverage.
