Responding To Do Not Track Information

Should you choose not to have your information tracked, we will remove any current information we have (i.e. user account information, loyalty program information, customer service tickets and order history) and restrict any information gathered in the future. Please note that, in the case of a request of any information gathered, we will need verification of the user for the provision of said information. That information will be given only if proven verification is available. Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and no address verification is required. Orders received after 3:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, and selected holidays.

Please note during holiday sales and promotions, these times may change and there could be a delay on shipping timing due to an increase in orders. While expedited shipping speeds up the shipping time with the carrier, the packaging/handling time remains the same.

We will always do our best to ship them out as soon as we possibly can.

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ZH  Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ZH  Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
