Healthy Brain covers inflammatory balance, the mood-building nutrients clear thinking depends on, the DHA-rich fats nerve-cell membranes are made of, and the vitamin D foundation that connects mood, immune function, and cognitive-health markers.
Omega Clarity provides the DHA-led fat layer nerve-cell membranes are built from. Per the supplement facts label, it is 5.1:1 DHA-dominant – 460 mg DHA and 90 mg EPA per serving. DHA is one of the brain's defining structural fats and comprises roughly 8% of brain dry weight; it also helps the body make DHA-derived resolvins and protectins involved in resolving inflammatory activity. EPA remains a smaller supporting contribution at this dose. Lutemax 2020 contributes lutein and zeaxanthin, the carotenoids that concentrate in the macula and support the eye-health side of the brain-and-vision system.
Brain Rescue supports the inflammatory-balance layer involved in long-term brain health. Low-grade neuroinflammation is increasingly understood as part of the brain-aging conversation: the brain's resident immune cells can shift over time toward a more activated state, and that shift is associated with gradual changes in nerve-cell function. Brain Rescue's botanical blend supports the processes that help keep this background calmer rather than blocking normal immune response. Mood provides nutritional precursors and supporting nutrients the brain uses to support serotonin and dopamine production – two mood-chemistry systems closely tied to mood stability and clear thinking. 5-HTP at 50 mg per capsule (100 mg per day at recommended use) is the immediate building block for serotonin production. Curcumin C3 Complex at 150 mg adds a neuroinflammation-support angle that complements Brain Rescue's botanical layer without simply duplicating it. Active-form B6 (P5P) and B12 (methylcobalamin) support the conversion steps the body uses across mood-chemistry layers. Lithium orotate at 5 mg per capsule (10 mg per day at recommended use) is a low supplemental dose used for steady mood support, far below prescription lithium dosing.

Focus is the performance/activation stack – Peak Focus-led, built around the systems that drive attention, working memory, and cognitive output. Different mechanisms, different timescales, different goals.
Pick based on what you are optimizing for. Some customers run Healthy Brain daily and use Peak Focus situationally for demanding cognitive work, but that is different from running both full stacks at once long-term.
How long until I notice anything from this stack?
Healthy Brain is protective and foundational by design, so the signal is usually subtle. When customers notice something, it is often steadier mood, less mental fog, or simply feeling more consistently covered – not a stimulant-style surge.
Different layers work on different timelines. Mood's 5-HTP layer can register within two to four weeks of consistent use. Vitamin D3 status usually changes over six to twelve weeks. DHA membrane incorporation is a months-to-year process. Brain Rescue's inflammation-balance layer is the slowest; plan on three to six months before judging the full effect.
This stack is designed for sustained daily use, not acute cognitive enhancement. For activation-oriented support, the Focus stack is the right tool.
Will Mood's 5-HTP help with general mood, or only PMS?
5-HTP is the precursor the brain uses to make serotonin, so it is not limited to PMS. The serotonin system is relevant to general mood steadiness, low-grade mood volatility, and sleep-onset patterns as well as cycle-related mood changes.
For severe, persistent, or worsening low mood, see a physician for proper evaluation. This stack is for daily support, not a replacement for medical care.
Can I take Healthy Brain and Focus together?
We do not recommend running both full stacks daily, and there is one specific incompatibility worth naming: Brain Rescue contains BioPerine (piperine), a CYP3A4 inhibitor, while Focus's Peak Focus contains galantamine, which is metabolized partly by CYP3A4 and has a narrow margin for acetylcholine-related side effects. Combining Brain Rescue with Peak Focus creates a drug-metabolism interaction that a timing offset does not resolve. Beyond that specific pair, Focus carries Tier-1 considerations around dual acetylcholine-related activity that Healthy Brain does not, and stacking the full systems together pushes cumulative effects beyond what either stack is sized for.
A cleaner pattern is Healthy Brain daily for foundation, plus Peak Focus by itself when you need extra cognitive output. That gives you the long-term support without turning two separate stack architectures into one oversized protocol.
Do I really need K2/D3 if I get sun exposure?
Sun exposure helps, but it is not a reliable vitamin D strategy for most people. Skin synthesis varies by latitude, season, skin tone, sunscreen use, age, and indoor lifestyle, so many adults still run below ideal intake even if they spend time outside.
K2 is the other half of the foundation. It is not made by the body in meaningful amounts and is not well represented in typical Western diets. Its role is helping guide calcium toward bone matrix rather than soft-tissue deposits, which becomes more relevant with age.
What if I'm allergic or sensitive to fish?
Omega Clarity is fish-derived, so it is not appropriate if you have a fish allergy or strict fish avoidance. The other three products in this stack – Brain Rescue, Mood, and K2/D3 – do not have that fish-source consideration.
Algae-based DHA is the cleanest fish-free substitute because it provides the same active fatty acid. We do not currently carry one, but a third-party algae DHA product can substitute without changing the rest of the stack architecture.
