Hormonal support, energy, performance.
Four products, four daily-performance mechanisms working in concert.

Creatine Monohydrate

Vitamin K2/D3 (Plus Calcium)

Omega Clarity
Four mechanisms for men's daily performance
Men's vitality runs through several systems at once – the hormonal support tied to drive and muscle, the creatine reservoir that powers strength and quick-recovery work, the DHA-led lipid foundation in the cardiovascular and nervous systems, and the broader vitamin foundation that helps hold it together. This stack puts a different layer on each.
Ultra Testosterone Booster supports the body's hormonal support through a layered herbal-and-mineral approach. Tribulus terrestris (750 mg) is the traditional anchor, used in herbal medicine for libido and vitality. Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia, 50 mg) and Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium, 50 mg) work different points of the same pathway. Saw Palmetto (50 mg) supports the prostate-and-androgen balance side. The mineral layer – magnesium (200 mg) and zinc (30 mg) – is the helper mineral foundation testosterone production runs on; zinc deficiency in particular is well-established to suppress testosterone, and magnesium status correlates with free testosterone in research. Take three capsules at bedtime per the label; the evening timing aligns with the body's natural testosterone synthesis cycle, which peaks in early morning hours.
Creatine monohydrate is the most-studied performance supplement in nutrition science. It works by saturating your muscles' phosphocreatine stores – the body's quick-burst energy reservoir used for short, intense efforts (lifting, sprinting, jumping). With saturated stores, your muscles can sustain higher-intensity work for slightly longer and recover faster between efforts. The benefits compound for cognitive performance too: the brain uses the same phosphocreatine system, and creatine supplementation has measurable effects on tasks requiring fast, energy-intensive thinking. Saturation typically takes 3 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use at 3 to 5 grams per day; once saturated, daily intake maintains the reservoir. Dose per the supplement facts label.
Omega Clarity is a 5.1:1 DHA-dominant fish oil per the supplement facts label – 460 mg DHA and 90 mg EPA per serving – and contributes the lipid layer the cardiovascular and nervous systems run on. DHA leads structurally as a major fatty acid in brain, retinal, and cardiovascular membranes and roughly 8% of brain dry weight. It also helps the body make DHA-derived resolvins and protectins involved in resolving inflammatory activity. EPA remains a smaller supporting contribution to inflammatory-response balance, not the primary anti-inflammatory mechanism at this dose. Lutemax 2020 supplies lutein and zeaxanthin, the two carotenoids that concentrate in the macula and filter blue light. In a men's-vitality stack, Omega Clarity is the DHA-led cardiovascular, brain, and eye foundation.
Vitamin K2/D3 closes the stack with vitamin D – directly relevant to testosterone production (vitamin D status correlates with serum testosterone in observational research), immune function, mood, and bone health – paired with K2, which directs calcium toward bone matrix rather than soft-tissue deposits. D3 dose is 5,000 IU per capsule, 10,000 IU per day at the 2-capsule recommended use. The vitamin D system intersects directly with the testosterone-support work in this stack: the same molecular machinery that uses vitamin D in tissues also regulates aspects of androgen synthesis and signaling. K2 is the routing cue that tells calcium where to go – into bone matrix rather than arterial walls.
Built for sustained daily use rather than acute performance. The hormonal-support work and creatine saturation both take weeks of consistent use to register fully; the omega-3 and vitamin D layers operate on a months timeline. The whole stack compounds with consistency.
Why these pairings
Six combinations. Each pairs two of the four layers and shows how they complement one another. Pick a pair on the right.
Is this stack right for you?
Who Men's Vitality fits, and who should hold off.
This stack may be right for you if…
- You want broad daily support for the systems men typically prioritize – hormonal support, performance, cardiovascular foundation, and the vitamin D anchor that ties them together.
- You're training regularly. Creatine plus testosterone-pathway support and DHA-led cardiovascular-and-recovery support cover the performance triangle most men in resistance training are looking for.
- You eat a typical Western diet and likely run below the recommended daily intake on magnesium, zinc, DHA, or vitamin D – which describes most US adult men.
- You're building a coordinated daily supplement regimen and want a men's-health-focused stack that pairs cleanly with Sleep at night, Focus during work, or other targeted stacks.
- You're 30+ and have noticed declining drive, recovery, or energy. The four products work different mechanisms tied to age-related vitality decline.
Skip this stack if…
- You have a hormone-sensitive condition (including prostate concerns under active treatment). Ultra Testosterone Booster's herbal layer can affect the same pathways – check with your provider before use.
- You take blood thinners. The stack provides vitamin K2 plus omega-3 fish oil – check with your provider before use.
- You also take a multivitamin and Prostate Formula. Combined zinc may exceed the 40 mg adult upper limit – see Before You Start.
- You're under 25. The hormonal-support work in Ultra Testosterone Booster isn't appropriate for younger men whose endocrine system is still maturing.
Things people ask
Will this actually raise my testosterone?
The honest answer is: modestly, in some men. Testosterone-booster herbs like tribulus, fenugreek, tongkat ali, and horny goat weed have a mixed evidence base – meta-analyses show modest effects on free testosterone in some studies, no significant effect in others, with the strongest responses typically in men with baseline deficiencies.
The zinc and magnesium layer is more robust – correcting a deficiency in either reliably improves testosterone status. Most US adult men run below the recommended daily intake on both.
For clinical low testosterone, see a physician for proper evaluation and treatment. This stack is for daily support, not therapeutic replacement.
How long until I notice anything from this stack?
Different actives operate on different timescales. Creatine saturation takes 3 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use to fully register. Magnesium and zinc effects on hormonal status can show within weeks if you were deficient.
The herbal testosterone-pathway components – tribulus, tongkat ali, horny goat weed – typically take 4 to 8 weeks of consistent use to show measurable effects in the studies that do show effects. Vitamin D3 status changes slowly: serum levels rise over six to twelve weeks.
The stack is designed for sustained daily use, not acute performance enhancement. Plan on consistent use for at least eight weeks before judging effect.
Can I take Ultra Testosterone Booster in the morning instead of at bedtime?
The label specifies three capsules at bedtime, aligned with the body's natural overnight testosterone synthesis cycle (testosterone peaks in early morning hours; the synthesis happens during sleep). Taking the support layer at bedtime puts the active ingredients in your system during the natural production window.
Moving the dose to morning won't harm anything but may reduce the timing benefit. If you forget at bedtime, morning is still fine – consistency matters more than perfect timing.
Should I add Prostate Formula?
Prostate Formula is in the frequently-added section as a recommended add-on, especially for men 40+ where prostate support becomes more relevant.
One thing to know: Ultra Testosterone Booster contains 30 mg zinc; Prostate Formula adds another 12 mg. The combined 42 mg/day exceeds the 40 mg adult upper limit for zinc. If you take both, consider running them at different parts of the day (Prostate in the morning, Ultra Testosterone Booster at night) or talking with your provider.
Will creatine make me bloat?
Creatine pulls some water into your muscle cells – that's part of how it works. Most men gain 1 to 3 pounds of water weight in the first weeks of saturation, then plateau. It's intramuscular water, which generally reads as fuller muscles rather than puffy bloat.
If you experience GI discomfort, splitting the dose across the day (rather than a single bolus) and taking with food typically resolves it.
Round it out with…
Common additions for customers building a men's-health-focused regimen.
Prostate Formula is the most-common add-on for Men's Vitality customers 40+ – it adds saw palmetto, pygeum, and plant sterols specifically targeted at prostate health, complementing the broader vitality focus of the core stack. Note the combined zinc when stacked (see Before You Start in the core stack).
CoQ10 supports mitochondrial energy production – directly relevant for men focused on training capacity, cardiovascular health, and age-related energy. The ubiquinone form pairs cleanly with the DHA-led cardiovascular layer in the core stack.
Astaxanthin is a fat-soluble antioxidant that defends cell membranes from oxidative stress – relevant for active men where exercise-induced oxidative stress compounds with age. It pairs cleanly with the omega-3 layer (both fat-soluble) and adds an antioxidant dimension the core stack doesn't include.
