Mood, hormonal balance, daily foundation.
Four products, four daily-wellness mechanisms working in concert.

Mood

Vitamin K2/D3 (Plus Calcium)

Omega Clarity
Four mechanisms for women's daily wellness
Women's wellness runs through several systems at once – the mood and serotonin system, the insulin-and-hormone balance that becomes more relevant with cyclical changes and metabolic considerations, the DHA-led lipid foundation in nervous, retinal, and cardiovascular tissue, and the broader vitamin D foundation. This stack puts a different layer on each.
Mood supports the brain-chemistry systems most directly tied to emotional steadiness. 5-HTP (50 mg per capsule, 100 mg per day at recommended use) is the building block your brain uses to make serotonin – the chemical most directly tied to mood stability and PMS-related mood swings. Curcumin C3 Complex 150 mg supports the neuroinflammation-balance layer through processes the body uses to resolve inflammatory activity. Active-form B6 (P5P) and B12 (methylcobalamin) serve as the active B-vitamin helpers your body needs for both serotonin and dopamine production – B6 is particularly relevant for women, where research connects it to PMS symptom modulation. Lithium orotate 5 mg per capsule (10 mg per day at recommended use) is a small supplemental dose with evidence for steady mood at supplemental ranges.
Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol are two related compounds your body uses as messengers in the insulin-support system. The combination has the strongest evidence base for women with PCOS, where insulin resistance is a root contributor and the standard combination (40:1 myo to D-chiro ratio) has been shown to improve ovulation, cycle regularity, and metabolic markers. For women without PCOS, the same insulin-sensitizing action supports daily blood sugar regulation and the hormonal balance that depends on stable insulin response. Dose per the supplement facts label.
Omega Clarity is a 5.1:1 DHA-dominant fish oil per the supplement facts label – 460 mg DHA and 90 mg EPA per serving – and contributes the lipid layer the nervous, retinal, and cardiovascular systems run on. DHA leads structurally as a major fatty acid in brain, retinal, and cardiovascular membranes and roughly 8% of brain dry weight. It also helps the body make DHA-derived resolvins and protectins involved in resolving inflammatory activity. EPA remains a smaller supporting contribution to inflammatory-response balance; at 90 mg per serving, it should not be treated as the primary anti-inflammatory mechanism. Lutemax 2020 lutein and zeaxanthin concentrate in the macula and filter blue light.
Vitamin K2/D3 closes the stack with vitamin D – relevant to mood regulation, immune function, bone density (particularly important for women as estrogen-protective bone effects shift with age), and hormonal support. D3 dose is 5,000 IU per capsule, 10,000 IU per day at the 2-capsule recommended use. Vitamin D status correlates with PMS severity and overall mood outcomes in observational research. K2 is the routing cue that tells calcium where to go – into bone matrix rather than soft-tissue deposits, which becomes more relevant for women in the post-menopausal window.
Designed for sustained daily use rather than acute symptom relief. The mood and hormonal-balance work both take weeks of consistent use to register fully; the omega-3 and vitamin D layers operate on a months timeline. The stack compounds with consistency.
Why these pairings
Six combinations. Each pairs two of the four layers and shows how they complement one another. Pick a pair on the right.
Is this stack right for you?
Who Women's Wellness fits, and who should hold off.
This stack may be right for you if…
- You experience PMS, cycle-related mood variation, or low-grade daily mood volatility. The stack pairs Mood's serotonin support with Myo-DCI's hormonal-balance support and the vitamin D foundation tied to PMS outcomes.
- You have PCOS or insulin sensitivity concerns. Myo-DCI is the most-studied non-prescription combination in PCOS research – the 40:1 myo-to-D-chiro ratio specifically.
- You want emotional steadiness without sedation. Mood is designed for daytime use and supports nervous-system regulation while keeping you alert.
- You eat a typical Western diet and likely run below the recommended daily intake on DHA, vitamin D, or inositol – which describes most US adult women.
- You're in perimenopause or post-menopause. Vitamin D and K2 become particularly important for bone density; DHA-led omega-3 support becomes more relevant for cardiovascular health; and the mood-and-hormonal-balance layers address common transitional concerns.
Skip this stack if…
- You take antidepressants or migraine medication. Mood includes 5-HTP – check with your provider before use. See Before You Start.
- You take diabetes medication. Myo-DCI affects insulin sensitivity – check with your provider before use, especially if you're on insulin or sulfonylureas where hypoglycemia risk matters.
- You take blood thinners or prescription lithium. The stack includes vitamin K2 plus a low supplemental dose of lithium orotate – check with your prescriber.
- You're pregnant or breastfeeding. The 5-HTP and lithium orotate in Mood haven't been well studied in these populations.
Things people ask
Is this stack right for me if I have PCOS?
Myo-DCI is the most-studied non-prescription combination in PCOS research. The 40:1 myo-to-D-chiro inositol ratio specifically (which this product uses) has been shown in trials to improve ovulation, cycle regularity, and metabolic markers in women with PCOS.
The full stack adds mood support (Mood), the structural lipid foundation (Omega Clarity), and the vitamin D anchor – all of which are commonly low in women with PCOS and address related concerns. This isn't a substitute for medical care; if you're under treatment, run the stack by your provider, particularly around any diabetes medication you take.
Will Mood's 5-HTP help with PMS mood swings?
5-HTP is the building block your brain uses to make serotonin, and serotonin is the neurotransmitter most directly tied to the mood, irritability, and food-craving patterns that show up in PMS. The evidence base for 5-HTP in PMS specifically is modest but consistent – women with PMS who supplement 5-HTP typically report improvement in mood symptoms.
For severe PMS or PMDD, see a physician for proper evaluation. This stack is for daily support, not therapeutic replacement for clinical depression or PMDD treatment.
I take an antidepressant – can I use Women's Wellness?
Check with your healthcare provider first. Mood includes 5-HTP, which works on the same serotonin system many antidepressants affect, so it's worth a quick conversation before combining them.
If your provider would rather you skip the 5-HTP, the other three products in this stack – Myo-DCI, Omega Clarity, and K2/D3 – don't have that consideration and can be taken on their own.
How long until I notice anything from this stack?
Different actives operate on different timescales. Mood's 5-HTP serotonin-related effects typically take two to four weeks of consistent daily use. Myo-DCI effects on cycle regularity in PCOS protocols typically register at three to six months of consistent use.
Vitamin D3 status changes slowly: serum levels rise over six to twelve weeks. DHA membrane incorporation and resolution support operate on a months-to-year timeline. The stack is designed for sustained daily use, not acute symptom relief.
I'm pregnant or trying to conceive – can I use this?
Talk with your obstetrician first. Three of the four products in this stack are generally considered safe in pregnancy at supplemental doses (Omega Clarity, K2/D3, and Myo-DCI – inositol is well-studied in pregnancy and is even recommended in some protocols for gestational diabetes prevention).
Mood is the one to check on. The 5-HTP and lithium orotate haven't been well studied in pregnancy and breastfeeding populations. Your obstetrician can advise whether to drop Mood and run the other three.
Round it out with…
Common additions for customers building a women's-health-focused regimen.
Adds the full B-vitamin spectrum on top of Mood's targeted B6 and B12. Folate, biotin, pantothenic acid, niacin, thiamin, and riboflavin in active forms – particularly relevant for women of reproductive age (folate) and for the methylation processes that underlie hormonal balance.
A common women's-health add-on. Urinary tract concerns are statistically more frequent in women across age groups, and the targeted ingredients in Urinary Tract Balance pair cleanly with the foundational stack without composition overlap.
Astaxanthin is a fat-soluble antioxidant that defends cell membranes from oxidative stress – relevant for skin health (it's well-studied for UV-related skin protection) and for the broader oxidative-stress angle that compounds with age. Pairs cleanly with the omega-3 layer (both fat-soluble).
Resveratrol works the cellular-stress and longevity pathways. For women building a longevity-oriented regimen alongside the daily hormonal-and-mood foundation, it adds the antioxidant-and-aging-pathway angle the core stack doesn't include.
