While yellow corn is more popular for chips, white corn has always been prized for fresh tortillas – the kind you'd find at the best Mexican restaurants. The classic chips that come with bottomless salsa are likely white corn too, and MASA White is our take, sans seed oils of course.

Made with heirloom organic white corn, these chips are a bit flakier and milder than our standard, offset by just a dash of sea salt – a welcome bit of variety in the MASA family.

Yes, they are gluten-free – they're made from corn, with no wheat. They're also free from dairy, nuts, seed oils, artificial flavors, and preservatives.

They are not vegan or vegetarian, though, because they're fried in grass-fed beef tallow rather than oil.

Your chips are packed snug in a cardboard box and sealed with paper tape rather than plastic, so they arrive whole. If you order several flavors, they may ship in more than one box.
