Rancher's Classics

All beef ships via 2-day air in an insulated cooler with dry ice to maintain maximum freshness and safety during transit. Every item is shipped frozen to ensure it arrives at a safe temperature; however, some thawing may occur.

Please transfer all items to your freezer or refrigerator immediately upon delivery, and no later than the day they arrive. If any product feels warm to the touch, do not consume it — discard the item and contact us right away.

We take food safety seriously and follow strict protocols to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition.

Orders ship every Monday/Tuesday. Order cut off date for same week delivery is Sunday at noon CT. Orders placed between Monday-Sunday at noon will ship out that following Monday.

Once shipped, your order will be at your front door within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a UPS tracking number(s) via email to track your order at any time.

Your box is packed with just the right amount of dry ice, which will likely be fully or nearly sublimated (evaporated) by the time it arrives—so you don’t have to handle any of it yourself.

Your beef is perfect if it arrives anywhere from fully frozen to cold to the touch. If any of your order arrives fully thawed and warm, please reach out right away—we’ll gladly make it right.
