Tim and Christa Elkins built their ranch in Lampasas, Texas from empty land in 2013 – no ranching background, no playbook, just commitment to learn. Years of trial, error, and discipline turned that empty land into a working operation with top-tier Angus and Wagyu genetics. Today their beef is served in steakhouses, five-star hotels, and award-winning wineries across the country. USDA Prime, dry-aged minimum 15 days. No hormones, antibiotics, mRNA, or steroids. Three daughters now help run the operation – the next generation of Elkins ranchers.
