We wanted a lime chip, so we went looking for lime seasoning – and couldn't find anything good enough. So we make it by hand, from whole fresh limes. No maltodextrin, no extracts, no artificial flavors.

It is the chip version of a margarita (tequila not included). And, of course, no seed oils, ever.

Dietary & allergens +

Yes, they are gluten-free – they're made from corn, with no wheat. They're also free from dairy, nuts, seed oils, artificial flavors, and preservatives.

They are not vegan or vegetarian, though, because they're fried in grass-fed beef tallow rather than oil.

Shipping & storage +

Your chips are packed snug in a cardboard box and sealed with paper tape rather than plastic, so they arrive whole. If you order several flavors, they may ship in more than one box.

Once a bag is open, reseal it and keep it somewhere cool and dry to hold the crunch.
