From the family shop Charlie Davis founded, this large 12F Bowie pairs Anza’s tempered high-carbon file steel with a textured, jigged buffalo horn handle.
Each natural handle has its own pattern, from deep black to lighter tan markings. No two are exactly alike.

How do I care for the blade?
Wipe the blade clean and dry after use. Apply a light coat of blade oil before storage; use food-safe oil for kitchen work. Do not soak or put in a dishwasher. Store dry, outside a damp leather sheath.
