They took a rundown 50-cow operation and grew the herd 5x on the same land – through slow, calm practices, good water, and disciplined grazing management. Black Angus cattle raised on a clean, species-appropriate diet. No corn, grains, soy, hormones, or antibiotics. Multi-generational, with kids and grandkids learning the trade. Now fully vertically integrated through their own USDA-inspected on-site processing facility – from pasture to package, no middlemen.

Beck Ranch is a family-owned ranch in Lonetree, Wyoming. When we purchased the ranch, it needed many projects and repairs. Not being afraid of hard work - we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

Cooks like standard ground beef. The liver and heart blend into the texture without overpowering – patties, tacos, meatballs, and pasta sauces all work. Slightly faster cook time than 100% muscle ground.

Taste notes

Slight depth from the liver and heart, but rounded and beefy. The organ meats don't dominate – they enrich without taking over.

Care & handling

Ground beef ships flash-frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, cook within 2 days. Do not refreeze.
