Mood
Mood Support
Mood covers three separate mechanisms behind mood stability: serotonin production (5-HTP, the direct building block your brain converts in one step), neuroinflammation (Curcumin C3 Complex® – brain inflammation is increasingly linked to mood disorders), and methylation (active B6 and B12 forms that drive the enzyme reactions behind neurotransmitter production). Five ingredients. Daily use.
Mood doesn’t chase a single neurotransmitter. It addresses three underlying conditions that affect mood stability simultaneously – serotonin substrate, neuroinflammation, and the methylation cycle that feeds neurotransmitter synthesis.
Serotonin production.
5-HTP (50mg) is the direct building block your brain converts into serotonin in one enzymatic step – bypassing the slower tryptophan conversion that dietary protein depends on. Serotonin is the neurotransmitter most directly linked to mood stability, emotional regulation, and sleep quality.
Neuroinflammation.
Curcumin C3 Complex® (150mg, 95% curcuminoids) modulates NF-κB – the inflammatory signaling pathway increasingly recognized as a factor in depression and mood disorders. The connection between brain inflammation and mood isn’t fully mapped, but the correlation is consistent across research populations. 95% standardization is the form the research actually used; most generic curcumin runs 2–5%.
Methylation – the B-vitamin layer.
P5P (5mg) is the active form of Vitamin B6 your body uses directly – it’s required by the enzyme that converts 5-HTP into serotonin. Methylcobalamin (75mcg) is the active form of B12, already converted and ready to use. Both skip the liver conversion steps that some people do slowly or incompletely. Together they ensure the enzyme reactions behind serotonin and dopamine production have the cofactors they need.
Lithium orotate.
5mg lithium orotate supplies trace lithium – the same element used in prescription bipolar medication, at a dose roughly 100 times smaller. At this level, research supports neuroprotective and mood-stabilizing effects in non-bipolar populations. It’s not a substitute for prescription lithium. It’s a trace mineral with a specific mechanism that rounds out the formula’s mood-stability coverage.

Cofactor Activation
Vitamin B6
+
−
Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P5P) is the active coenzyme form of B6, skipping liver conversion. It's required by the enzyme that turns 5-HTP into serotonin and L-DOPA into dopamine. Using the activated form ensures neurotransmitter production works regardless of individual conversion efficiency.
02
Methylation Support
Vitamin B12
+
−
Methylcobalamin is the neurologically active form of B12 – already converted, no liver processing required. It provides methyl groups needed for SAMe production, which feeds dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine synthesis. The activated form delivers directly where standard cyanocobalamin requires extra steps.
03
Inflammatory Pathway
Curcumin C3 Complex®
+
−
Curcumin C3 Complex® (95% curcuminoids) modulates NF-κB – the inflammatory signaling pathway increasingly linked to mood disorders and depression. Neuroinflammation is a recognized factor in mood research; this addresses that axis directly. Fat-soluble; absorption improves with food.
04
Serotonin Synthesis
5-HTP
+
−
5-HTP skips the conversion step your body uses to turn tryptophan into serotonin – entering the synthesis pathway one step ahead. Serotonin is the neurotransmitter most directly linked to mood stability, and 5-HTP is the most direct supplement path to supporting its production.

Mood Stabilization
Lithium
+
−
Lithium orotate supplies trace lithium – a mineral with documented mood-stabilizing and neuroprotective effects at sub-clinical doses. Prescription lithium for bipolar disorder runs two orders of magnitude higher; at supplement doses, the focus is neuroprotective and mood-regulatory support without clinical-level side effects.
